Do you deliver, set up and pick up the jumpers and other fun equipment? Yes! We know that you are very busy with other arrangements, so we take care of it all. Our drivers are very courteous and trained to provide you the best service.
Do you offer free delivery? Yes we do! We are very glad to provide free deliveries to our customers within 20 miles with an order above $60.00.
How long does it take to install and to pick up the jumper? It is very quick! It takes about 10 to 15 minutes for the standard jumpers and might take a little be more for bigger units (slides, combos, obstacle courses, etc)
On what type of surface can the jumper/inflatable game be installed? We can install our jumpers on the grass, cement, wooden floor, carpet, and even sand. It is much preferred to set it on the grass, for we can place spikes on all four corners ensuring its stability. However, if you would like the jumper on a different type of surface we will secure it by placing sandbags on the corners. Note: a cleaning fee of an additional 30% will be added to inflatable set up on the sand.
Can you set up the jumper on the driveway? Yes. If you would like the jumper to be set up on the driveway please notify us when you place the order so that we can take a heavy-duty tarp to put under the jumper and thus protect it from damages, and sandbags to fasten to the jumper and ensure the jumper’s stability.
Can Jumpers, slides, combos, obstacle courses, and the other inflatable games be set-up indoors? Yes! Please check with us the height to make sure the inflatable will fit in the building.
How much room do I need to set up a bouncer? You need a clearance of two feet all around the jumper – i.e. if the jumper is 13x13ft you will need a space that is 15x15ft
How far can the jumper be from the power outlet? It is strongly recommended that the jumper be at the very most 75ft away from the power outlet.
What kind of electrical power is required? Our blowers need a standard 110 outlet. We can gladly supply an extension cord if needed to power our equipment. If you need an extension cord, please tell us when place your order.
Our jumps plug into a standard 110 household outlet. We will supply the cord, and we ask that nothing else be plugged into the outlet we are utilizing.
What happens if the electricity goes down? Our blowers are equipped with a safety feature that blocks the air from going out, thus slowing the deflation of the jumper. If the electricity goes down, be sure that you will have time to safely evacuate the jumper.
The first step is to remove all users. Then check what happened to the electricity. It may be something as simple as resetting a breaker. Once you have checked the breaker and have tried different power outlets please call us.
Are your jumpers clean? Absolutely! That is top priority for us. We clean and sanitize every single unit before sending. It is very important to note that we only use organic products to clean and sanitize our equipment. This ensures that it will be friendly to the health of the little ones. Please be careful with companies that clean their equipment with ammonia or chlorine-based for these are very hazardous for the health.
Do adults need to supervise the bouncers? Yes! To ensure the safety of the kids adult supervision is required anytime a child/adolescent (under 18 years of age) is using the equipment.
Are inflatable bouncers safe? Yes! All of our jumpers, slides, obstacle courses, combos, and inflatable games were designed with safety as top priority. Still, adult supervision is required at all times to ensure that the kids are not hurting each other

Is Jump for All Insured? Yes! Still, all individuals, businesses, churches, and nonprofit organizations that rent inflatable equipment need to sign a liability waive contract before we install the jumper. You will have a copy of this contract, and, per request, we can send you a copy of it prior to the event.
I thought that all jumper companies were insured. Is that true? Unfortunately not. Many, if not most, companies are not insured; especially the small companies. Jump for All highly recommends that you only rent from insured companies.

Can I keep the jumper overnight? Yes. In order to have the jumper overnight, it will have to be installed on the backyard. Please call and find out what is the price to have the jumper overnight. Jump for All reserves the right to deny this service to anyone both on the phone and at the location if Jump for All agent finds the location to be unsafe. In such case we will refund you the overnight charge.

Does Jump for All require a deposit to rent a jumper? We only require deposits on orders above $199.00 or when we deliver at parks.
How much is the deposit to have a jumper at a park or on orders above $199.00? The deposit is thirty percent (30%) of the total amount, with a minimum deposit of $45.00, and it will be applied towards the final balance – i.e. if your final balance is $150.00, you will pay $45.00 before the day of the event and $105 when we deliver the equipment.
If I cancel my order do I get my deposit back? In order to receive a refund of your deposit you need to cancel the order up to three business days prior to the event. If you cancel after the three-day deadline you will not receive your deposit but you can postpone your event without losing your deposit. If you cancel on the day of delivery, there will be a fee of ten percent (20%) of the total balance, with a minimum of $20.00 to postpone your event.
What if I have to cancel? If you need to cancel please inform us with as much advance possible. In case that you made a down payment please make sure you inform us about the cancelation within the deadline so that we can refund you. We know that planning an event takes a lot of time and that you will be super busy so once you make a reservation with us you will no longer have to worry about the jumper. We will call you one or two days before the date to confirm with you.
Does Jump for All deliver at parks? Yes! We have everything it takes to set up jumpers at parks. Please keep in mind that you will need to get a permit from the city where the park is located. To get this permit you need to go to the Parks and Recreation Department (or any equivalent).
Can Jump for All provide an attendant to supervise the bouncer or to work at the food machines? Yes! Our goal is to make your task of hosting an event as easy as possible. Is there a cleaning fee? We will only charge a cleaning fee if the jumper is excessively dirty (i.e. there is food on, or mud).
Can we use silly string on the bouncers? Absolutely not!!! It is strictly prohibited to use silly string on any of our equipment.
There will be minimum cleaning and replacement fee of $600 for silly string marks on our equipment.
Can I use a water hose on a jumper? Jump for All has inflatable designed specifically for the use of water. Please check them at the WATER FUN page. These units are safe to use wet. Please do NOT use water on the other units for it may create a hazard for the users.
Is it necessary to be be dark in order to use inflatable movie screens? Yes. Just like if you were in a theater you can best see the movie with the lights off.
Is there a difference between a bounce house, jumper, moonwalk, bouncy, bouncer, jump house, and jump? No. They all mean the same thing. These are just different ways to call it.
How much ice is needed for the Snow Cone machine? We recommend that you purchase ½ pound of ice per serving. We send you 70 free servings with the machine, so you will need 35 pounds.
What do you provide for the Popcorn machine? We send you 70 free servings that include all you need to make your tasty popcorn. The popcorn we provide you is just like in the movie theater – you will love it!
What do you provide for the Cotton Candy machine? We send you 70 free servings that include all you need to make your cotton candy.
What do you provide for the Nacho machine? We send you 7 pounds of high-quality cheese.
